Today I am going to review ‘Parachute Advanced Body Lotion’ in both Dry and Normal Variant. I restrained myself from reviewing it earlier because I already had several body lotions to use this Winter and I wanted to give an honest review, just using once or twice does not help you know. So I waited for other lotions to get over and started using it from February Second week. So go through my review to know better about this lotion.

My Take On This Product:
Dry Variant:
This comes in a Light blue colored bottle with a flip top cap for use. I really liked the packaging in terms of its looks.It has that curvy feminine kind shape which makes me feel special just made for we girls. However I don’t think its completely spill proof and travel friendly. Though its not bulky but there are chances of spillage too. This body lotion looks very creamy and moisturizes well. It does not give any kind of greasy feeling, just hydrates my skin and relieves the stretchy dry looking appearance of skin within seconds. When used in less quantity it gets absorbed easily. There are some turn offs for me though. I didn’t like the fragrance of this Dry variant lotion at all, its fragrance is very similar to the drugstore fairness creams available in market. After few hours, I again feel the need of re applying it but yes that’s the case with every body lotion. But the major turn off was that I observed during Sunny days, this lotion made my skin more dull looking than any other product. Anyways this is an average lotion and I will use it only during Winters. I Just wish it smelled of something natural ( may be of coconut water)
p.s Recently discovered a product that has fragrance of coconut water and it feels refreshing when used, its fragrance makes me use it more.
Normal Variant:
This one comes in a curvy shaped Light green bottle with a fliptop cap for use. Though I noticed ingredient list of both Dry and Normal Variant is almost similar, still I prefer using the Normal variant more often these days. This has awesome fragrance, it reminds me of Sunsilk shampoos which I absolutely love a lot. This body lotion is very light weight and gets absorbed within seconds. It gives optimum hydration to my skin and really my skin looks healthy and bright too. Though this is not the best option for winters still I would love to use it all year round. I am surely going to hook onto this lotion in future. I have noticed just after bath when I apply it, my skin remains hydrated for a long time. Guys surely try this variant in particular.
Pros Of The Product:
-Contains natural moisturizers of Coconut
-Instantly relieves dry looking skin.
-Keeps my skin hydrated and makes it soft and supple.
-These lotions can be used all year round.
-Very light weight, yet creamy and gets absorbed within seconds.
-The normal variant has an awesome fruity- floral fragrance which makes me use it more and more.
-Very apt for summers.
-Super reasonable price for a huge quantity.
-My skin never feels dull or greasy, the normal variant specifically brightens my skin.
-Attractive curvy feminine packaging.
-Easily available in market.
-Never made my skin greasy.
-Available in 100 and 40 ml packaging.
Cons Of The Product:
-The Dry variant sometimes makes my skin look dull.
-The fragrance of dry variant smells of fairness creams which feels suffocating for me. (Its my personal view, may not match yours)
-Contains Parabens, what is the need of adding Parabens when they have already used Phenoxyethanol (Another preservative which is considered safe)
-I feel the need to reapply 3-4 times at least each day.
-Not suitable for winters.
-I don’t know but these lotions nowhere reminded me of coconuts.

Will I repurchase it? I am definitely going to repurchase the Normal variant for sure.
My Overall Recommendation? These are lightweight budget friendly body lotions apt for all year round use. You may not however get sufficient hydration during winters after using it. Definitely go for the Normal Variant during summers.
