Beware of Jabong.com- Update!

Hello Friends!
Today I am going to share my views and show you my haul pics of my recent haul from Jabong.com.

My Experience :
I came to know about Jabong when Our own Glossybox (who has not cared to send any voucher or box to Glossybox Winners) had given us options to either choose Glossybox or Jabong voucher for our Glossybox Giveaway winners.
I surfed the site and found out that Jabong.com was offering Rs 2000 worth discount voucher on sign up.I couldnt believe my eyes at first, then I surfed their range , signed up for an account and added few products in my account.I realized that the coupon code has to be used four times and to avail the offer each time one has to purchase products worth Rs 1500 and above. So each time you get a discount of Rs 500 on purchase of products worth Rs 1500 and more.
I felt it was not a bad deal after all, I can order at least once and check their service. So I ordered for :

-Fresh line Blue Chamomile Mask
-Votre Under Eye Cream
-Lakme Rouge Blusher Ginger Surprise

They offered COD to my place too, I got my products within 4days of order.i was very excited to see my parcel.Check the haul pics:

When I mailed them up they asked me to return the damaged product with some courier and they will give a voucher worth the courier charges but they compensate anything for my damaged blusher.Read the mail below I received from them:

Dear Tapaswani,

We apologise for all the inconvenience caused to you.

Kindly note that we would not be able to process any refund either in form of vouchers or in form of a new blusher. This is in compliance with the policies and procedures clearly stated on our website.

For more information, please refer to the guidelines below.
"Please note that "Jabong.com's 30 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Inner wear, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products and Jewellery".

I was really shocked reading this mail.I totally regret shopping from this site.Guys if you are interested in shopping from this site do it entirely on your own risk. You wont get any refunds for any damaged goods that you receive from them.I was shocked with their audacity and wonder when popular online shopping sites can offer shopping vouchers or products compensating for damaged goods, why can't they. From now onwards I wont get lured away by such fraud sites and really would go through 'Return and Refund policies' first for sure.

UPDATE:
Friends, a person from their customer care called me up and asked me to send the damaged product to them and they will arrange for a refund after receiving the damaged product. This is however not applicable in all cases.I mean to say, what about others who do not have a blog and cannot voice their opinion? They don't have a right to get a refund after receiving damaged products?
Well you may consider me insane, but to cross check their service, I placed another order and received my parcel today.Just check the haul pics and decide by yourself:

Guys is this original Lord and Berry Seta Pressed pure eyeshadow??? Its shade South Beach, but I didn't get any information regarding this shade from internet including Lord & Berry Website.

Just see its condition, These people are purposely sending damaged products with each order. So moral of the story is, never ever purchase anything from this site.

Hey Guys, recently a guy from their customer care called me up and informed me that they have sent new products to compensate for the losses.I received all the products from them in good condition within 4 days.Their approach has become very serious and responsible.I liked their service this time. They told me there was some issues in their packaging and they have sorted that out.I just hope their approach would be this responsible always towards every customer.
