My Take on Pond's Pure White Deep Cleansing Facial Foam:
T V Commercials pose bad effects not only on children but also on we all adults.One of the best example of this is me myself.I bought this face wash immediately within few days after watching the Pond's Pure White facial foam ad commercial.The first look of the face wash stole my heart and without thinking much I purchased it.
This comes in a classy black tube packaging with a flip on cap.The face wash is pearly greyish in color and has thick creamy texture.You require a pea sized face wash to create rich lather.It also removes traces of make up effectively leaving my skin squeaky clean.It totally removes dirt, grime from my face.Though it contains glycerin it makes my skin very dry.I would love to use it during summers or after coming back home.This can remove my make up too entirely and I don't need a make up remover at all.I feel its a very strong foaming cleanser that removes dirt, grime, dust, including essential oils from our skin.This would be a favorite among all oily skin beauties as it keeps skin oil free for a long time.So overall its a good cleanser but yes it doesn't eliminate the causes of blemishes as claimed.
Pros of the Product:
-Contains activated charcoal that lifts away all black impurities.
-One of the best foaming cleanser I have used, removes my makeup entirely without leaving any residues.
-Removes dirt, grime, dust effectively leaving my skin squeaky clean.
-Reasonable price for 100 gms of the product.
-Keeps skin oil free for long hours.
-It has a faint nice fragrance which I like.
-It looks greyish so I think it indeed contains activated charcoal.
-Very innovative concept of using charcoal powder in face wash.
-Very classy black tube packaging.
Cons of the Product:
-Dries my already dry skin.
-Removes moisture from my skin.
-Very strong cleanser, so may have bad effects on my skin in the long run.
-If it gets into my eyes, irritates a lot.
-Products start accumulating near flip cap with use.
-White looking skin concept doesn't go well with me.I don't want ghost like white skin for god sake.
